How to Adjust Settings in Radeon ProRender’s Common Tab in Maya

The Common tab in AMD Radeon ProRender is used for setting up your file’s render output. Most of these settings and parameters work exactly like the render engine that comes built into Maya. Please look at the Render settings: Common tab information in Maya’s user documentation for more information.

EXR Output

Radeon ProRender supports its own set of output image formats, and these formats have their own additional settings. The EXR output is supported by an option called Save All AOVs to Multilayer Open EXR.

Enabling this option will save all rendered Arbitrary Output Variables (AOVs) in a single .EXR file. Disabling this option will have each AOV saved in a subfolder with the same name as the corresponding AOV.
